We ship products from Monday to Friday either to your home address or other address specificed e.g. your work address. When placing your order, you also have the option to provide us with any special delivery instructions, e.g 'please leave next door if out'.


Delivery times are dependent on us having all the items ordered in stock. Ordinarily we do not list items which we do not have in stock and to ensure complete customer satisfaction we check every order by hand to ensure we can meet delivery times Of course should an item not be available for immediate despatch then we will always contact you by email or telephone to seek your advice.
